Children's Hospital of Los Angeles is a non-profit hospital and is the largest regional center for children in critical condition who need life-saving care. Each year, the institution cares for well over 100,000 infants, children, and young adults by providing more than 350 pediatric programs and services.
"Get To The Heart of What Makes Us Great" is an employee referral program. The primary objective of this campaign is for the CHLA family to grow with people who are reliable and well-known. To engage employees participating in this program, CHLA will offer rewards if the recommended person is hired.
With the idea of spreading love and relating it to children. We decided to use a photo of crafted paper with the colors of CHLA. This image was produced at a photo studio, to get the perfect angle for the layout. We stylized the crafted paper heart and one of the creative team members was the hand model. We also wrote bold and friendly headlines to follow the subject matter.
